Service Description
We offer a 60-minute consultation for a personalized herbal formulation tailored to your specific health needs. Whether you're seeking support for better sleep, digestion issues, fatigue, or any other concern, we will work together to create a custom medicinal tea, tincture, or external application. During this session, we will prioritize your health goals and discuss how herbal remedies can assist you on your wellness journey. In person visit will incorporate facial diagnostics and drop-pulse testing with specific herbs. Sliding scale available for those in need during these tight times. Cancellation Policy
In-Person Consultation Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 1. Cancellation Notice We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation will incur a $10 fee. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will not receive a refund. 3. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your consultation at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation and will incur the $10 late cancellation fee. 4. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may waive the cancellation fee or apply it to a future service at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding as a small business and thank you for respecting our time and commitment to providing quality care.
