Whether you’re looking to reward your team, reduce stress, or simply try something new, our corporate wellness experiences are designed to ground, nourish, and empower. Led by experienced herbalist Sarah Olson of ForestWise Collective, these sessions blend team building with hands-on herbal crafting. From custom tea blends and tinctures to guided conversations about stress and resilience, your team will leave feeling supported and inspired. Offerings include: ~ On-site herbal wellness workshops ~ Make-your-own custom tea or tincture sessions ~ Educational talks on herbs for stress, energy, digestion & more ~ Hands-on group rituals to reconnect with self, plants and each other Whether it’s a cozy winter reset or a sun-drenched summer retreat, we’ll design an experience that meets your needs—and nourishes your people. Let’s bring some green magic into your workday. Pricing Tiers Seed Session: 60-min virtual or in-person consult. Includes an herbal wellness intake for your team culture, stress points, and goals. You'll receive a custom proposal with suggestions and outline of your workshop. $150 Sprout Workshop: 90-min virtual or on-site team workshop (up to 10 people). Includes guided education on herbs for stress, digestion, or immunity + a demo on creating a custom tea blend or tincture. Participants take home a small sample. $400 Rooted Ritual: 2-hour on-site experience for up to 15 people. Includes a fully guided herbal class, hands-on creation of personalized teas or tinctures, and a group connection practice. Includes materials + product for each participant. $900 Add-ons available: – Extra participants ($25/person) – Travel outside Bend, OR – Customized group gifts or seasonal kits
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 1. Individual Call Cancellations Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled call will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled call will incur a $10 cancellation fee to cover credit card processing costs. 2. Corporate Event Cancellations 30 or more days prior to the event: Full refund of the event price, minus an 18% materials fee. 15 to 29 days prior to the event: 50% refund of the event price, minus an 18% materials fee. 0 to 15 days prior to the event: No refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding as a small business, and we thank you for your support.
